1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:- "Therefore, under the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously pleased to admit this writ application, issue rule NISI calling upon the opp. parties to show cause and after hearing the parties be pleased to direct the opp.party no.3 to consider the grievance of the

// 2 // petitioner under Annexure-3 and to take a decision on the aforesaid representation dated 25.4.2022 within a stipulated time period for the interest of justice and equity."

It is submitted that the Petitioner's application was not considered for the post of Anganwadi Helper and the procedure followed for appointment of Malatilata Majhi @ Murmu (Opposite Party No.6) was completely contrary to law. It is further submitted that the Petitioner fulfilled all the required criteria for being considered for appointment whereas the Opposite Party No.6 does not.

5. Ventilating her grievance, the Petitioner has submitted a representation to the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2) by Registered Post with A.D. on 24th May, 2022, as per the postal tracking receipt enclosed to the Writ Petition.

6. Since the Petitioner's representation is still pending before the competent authority, without expressing any opinion on the contentions raised before this Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner, as at Annexure-3, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the Petitioner. While disposing of the representation, the Opposite Party No.2 shall grant an opportunity of hearing not only to the Petitioner but also to Opposite Party No.6, who

// 3 // has been appointed as Anganwadi Helper of Ajodhya Nagar Patana Anganwadi Centre under Birua Grama Panchayat in the district of Balasore.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
