Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the description of offences in addition to the offences mentioned in Paragraph-3, the offence under Section 52(a) of O.E. Act be stated. The alleged offences in Paragraph-3 shall read as under; " 143,379,506,323,332,353,354,427,307/149 of I.P.C and 52(a) of O.E. Act".
