Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

In this writ petition, petitioner has innocuous prayer for early disposal of Mutation Case No.566 of 2020 pending before the Tahasildar, Chatrapur. Considering the prayer to be innocuous, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Chatrapur to see expeditious disposal of the proceeding involved herein but however involving the parties likely to be affected at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. If there is need for notice to anybody to meet compliance of natural justice, process of special messenger notice may be utilized at the cost of the petitioner. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
