This writ petition involves a prayer involving removal of illegal encroachers i.e. opposite party nos.4 to 7. Considering that representation at Annexure-4 at the instance of the petitioner is pending on similar request before the Tahasldar, Rajkanika-opposite party no.3, the opposite party no.3 is directed to consider it to be a pending case and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
