Heard Mr. L.N. Patel, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to register her name and allow her to appear in the 8th Semester Examination to clear the back papers in the ensuing Examination, 2022.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party no.3-Director, Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Rourkela vide Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.

Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the Petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three

months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
