Learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that the order dated 10.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.23255 of 2015 stands complied with in the light of the steps taken by the Tahasildar, Nilgiri, DistBalasore regarding removal of encroachers as reflected in his (Ashesa Kumar Nayak) affidavit dated 26.09.2022.
