This matter was not in today's list but on being mentioned, the same is taken up through Special Notice. On the oral submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, he is permitted to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of the Writ Petition by bringing the appropriate Committee as one of the O.Ps. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering that there is urgent requirement for taking a decision in the matter of Kidney Transplantation, this Court directs the Hospital Authorities-O.Ps.2 & 3 to transmit the case of the Petitioners to the Committee set up for the purpose within a period of two days from the date of communication of this order and the Committee shall take a decision within a period of three days thereafter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order. 5.
