This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 75 of 2022 arising out of Boriguma P.S. Case No. 2 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput at Jeypore, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/ 201 of the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Koraput, Jeypore by order dated 20.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.

Taking note of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that implication of the petitioners is based on coaccused statement and considering the genesis of the offences, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
