02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Mallik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. In view of the order passed on 21.02.2022 under Annexure-2, this Court finds that the order passed by this Court on 16.11.2021 has been complied with. Therefore, while disposing the present Contempt Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the said order, if he so likes.
