Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Considering the reason stated in the application, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appeal before the Appellate Authority along with interim protection within a period of one week hence. In the event any such appeal along with interim protection is filed, the interim application shall be considered and disposed of within a week from the date of filing of appeal.
