This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

Mr. S.P. Das and associates have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. The same is taken on record. The registry is requested to reflect the name of learned counsel for the informant on the file, in the cause list as well as in the case sheet of NIC. 4.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.4 of 2022 pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumChildren's Court, Sonepur arising out of Rampur P.S. Case No.40 of 2022, offence under Sections 363/ 376DA/ 376(2)(n)/ 376(3)/ 354(D)/ 386 of IPC read with Section 9(g)/6 of the POCSO Act. 5.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-

Children's Court, Sonepur by order dated 27.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 6.

Perused the allegations as noted in the order of rejection and the statement of Baikunthnath which corroborate in materials particulars the allegations vis-à-vis the offence committed. 7.

Taking into account the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 8.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim. The same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
