2. Mr.Milan Kanungo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-company has already completed the work in question and the company is entitled to get some financial benefits. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to the petitioner for getting his legitimate claim.
