Heard Mr.A Pattanaik learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. P. Bose, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party.

Pursuant to the last order passed by this Court, the petitioner as well as the opposite party along with their respective counsels are present before this Court. The opposite party is neither ready and willing to take back the petitioner nor there is any chance of amicable settlement. Accordingly, this Court proceeded with the hearing of the matter.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This transfer petitioner has been filed seeking transfer of the proceeding in C.P. No.211 of 2022 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak. 6.

Considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition and the decisions governing the field, this

// 2 // Court is inclined to allow the prayer for transfer of C.P. No.211 of 2022. While allowing the same, this Court directs learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to transfer C.P. No.211 of 2022 to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak forthwith.
