Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 408 of 2022 arising out of Soro P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Soro, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 417/376/294 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Balasore by order dated 30.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.

Considering the tenor of the same and taking into account that the Charge Sheet has already been filed and the petitioner is stated to be in custody since 24.04.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail. The terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
