Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to settle the land in his name and not to evict him by demolishing the house.

Considering the submission as well as allegations made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is an attempt for demolition of house of the Petitioner in absence of any proceeding against him and without following due process of law, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opp. Parties, in the event the demolition has already not taken place, there shall be no demolition without following due process of law.
