This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "In the above facts and circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties, this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties No-2 & 3 to sanction pension to the petitioner under Madhubabu Pension Yojana Scheme as she is extremely poor, helpless unmarried lady.
Further in alternatively, a direction may be given to the OP No-2, i.e. Collector, Khodha to dispose of the pending representation dated 2.2.2022, vide Annexure-5, within a stipulated time."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take a lawful decision in the
// 2 // matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. 4.
