This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 26.07.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that while disposing of the bail application, this Court had directed the court below to consider the grant of interim bail, as a result of which, the Petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three months. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner apprehends that the Petitioner might be arrested in the event the interim bail period is not extended.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the observation made in para-8 of the aforesaid order

dated 26.07.2022 is modified to the extent that learned trial court shall consider grant of regular bail of the Petitioner on its own merit after examination of the record.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the I.A. is disposed of.
