It is contended that against the order impugned, the State has preferred W.A. No.1376 of 2022. Therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy after disposal of the said Writ Appeal.

Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped granting liberty as aforesaid.
