Considering the innocuous request involved herein further finding that Consolidation Revision Case No. 76 of 2011 is pending since 2011, this Court permits the petitioner to file an application showing urgency inviting expeditious hearing of the matter within a period of ten days hence, in such event the Commissioner, Settlement & Consolidation, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack shall do well in expediting the hearing of the proceeding.
