Heard Mr. K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Sahadevkhunta P.S. Case No. 272 of 2021, the charge-sheet has already been filed against the accused persons under Sections341/323/294/506/325/326/34, I.P.C and read with Section-27 of the Arms Act, 1959 vide Charge-sheet No. 03, dated 07.01.2022 before the jurisdictional Court.

In such background, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
