BLAPL No.6297 of 2022 Pravat Pradhan ....
Petitioner Mr. A. Satpathy, Advocate -versusState of Odisha ....
Opp. Party Mrs.Susamarani Sahoo Addl. Standing Counsel
CORAM:
JUSTICE S.K. SAHOO Order No.
ORDER
31.01.2023 02.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Perused the letter dated 19.01.2023 furnished by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Nayagarh from which it indicates that after availing the interim bail period as per order dated 29.09.2022 of this Court, the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned trial Court for which warrant of arrest has been issued against him. Since the petitioner has flouted the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application.
The BLAPL stands dismissed.
// 2 // Learned trial Court shall proceed not only against the petitioner but also against the bailors in accordance with law.
Communicated the Court concerned accordingly. ( S.K. Sahoo) Judge Sumi
