Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the O.S.S. Case No.334 of 2022 before the learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack within a period of ten days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken forthwith for admission of the O.S.S. Case No.334 of 2022. This order is, however, subject to a condition that there is no major defects in O.S.S. Case No.334 of 2022. 2.
