Mr. G. Mohanty, learned counsel submits that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Informant. 3.
The Registry is directed to trace out the same and tagged to the file.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 5.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 839 of 2022 arising out of Jenapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole for the alleged commission of offence under Sections143/144/506/384/307/379/149 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Chandikhole by Order dtd. 02.07.2022 in Bail Application No. 143 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 7.
The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 8.
The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below are filing of Charge-sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 10.
