This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. U. C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Regional Provide Fund Commissioner-II under Annexures-2 & 3.

It is submitted that prior to passing such order under Annexure-2 & 3, the Petitioner was never communicated with the order passed under Section- 7A of the Act. 5.

It is also submitted that in the meantime in order to show his bonafideness, the Petitioner has already deposited Rs.5,00,000/- before the said authority on dated 15.07.2022. 6.

Considering such submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court while permitting the Petitioner to make his representation before the Opposite Party No.2 with regard to passing of the impugned orders prior to supply of the order passed under Section- 7A of the Act observes that if such

// 2 // a representation is filed within a period of ten (10) days from today, the said authority shall take a decision on the same by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner within a further period of three weeks. Till a fresh decision is taken, the order passed under Annexures-2 and 3 shall not be given effect to. 7.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
