1. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that he is not well today.

2. There is already delay of 342 days in filing the writ appeal. Despite the appeal having been filed five years ago, no steps have been taken for even filing an application for condonation of delay. The Court does not consider it appropriate to grant any further indulgence in the matter.

3. The delay is extraordinary and unexplained. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed.
