Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved in the present writ petition seeking a direction for disposal of the Demarcation Case No.80 of 2021, this Court observes in the event of pendency of such proceeding, the same shall be disposed of by the Tahasildar, Kujanga, Opposite Party No.3 by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months, however providing opportunity of hearing to the adjacent land owners, if any.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
