This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.639 of 2018, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Koraput, arising out of Koraput P.S. Case No.130 of 2018, alleged commission of offence under Sections 409/420/467/468/471/472/34 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Koraput by order dated 25.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, which relates to alleged forging of Deposit Re-investment certificate (DRC) in the names of different deposit holders and consequential sanction of loans against those DRCs and the amount involved as reflected in
the order of rejection being to the tune of Rs.2,05,50,000/-, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application, as the consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the currency of investigation as borne out from the record. 6.
The petitioner is granted liberty to move the Court in seisin after submission of final form and such application shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
