2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 19.09.2016 passed by the learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi in G.R. Case No.1535 of 2013.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2020. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
