Since on instruction, Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in the meantime, Nayapalli P.S. Case No.527 dated 12.08.2022 has already been registered for commission of offence under Section 420 I.P.C. and the investigation is going on, Mr. N. Kumar, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S. Suman, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
