1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to approach the Opposite Parties-State Government for refund of any amount, which he considers to have been collected in excess from him. If such an application is filed not later than 1st February 2023 before the concerned authority, the same shall be considered and disposed of by him by a reasoned order after hearing the Petitioner within a period of three months thereafter and communicated the same to the Petitioner within a week of the order being passed. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
