1. The present petition has been filed by Tata Steel Ltd. seeking review of the order dated 11th February, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5277 of 2017.

2. The said writ petition was filed by Bhaiga Haibru @ Munda challenging an order dated 9th December, 2016 passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur turning down the representation of the Petitioner to be included in the list of beneficiaries under the rehabilitation policy.

3. The land that has been acquired is for the benefit of Tata Steel Ltd., the present review Petitioner and therefore, it was necessary for Tata Steel Ltd., the present review Petitioner to have actually been made a party and heard in the writ petition. However, for the

reasons best known to the writ Petitioner the present review Petitioners i.e. Tata Steel Ltd. were not impleaded as a party. The attention of this Court which heard this petition not drawn to this fact although the impugned order records the fact that the land stood acquired for Tata Steel Ltd.

4. Accordingly, the impugned order of review is hereby recalled and the writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.5277 of 2017 is restored to the file of the Court to be listed before the roster Bench on 21st November, 2022.

5. The review petition is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (S.K. Sahoo) Judge S.K. Jena/Secy.
