Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 2063 of 2022 arising out of Rengali P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-273/273 of the I.P.C read with Section-52(a) of Odisha Excise Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge(LR & LTV), sambalpur by Order dtd. 02.07.2022 in BLAPL No.676/16 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, the period of custody and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. ` 6.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
