Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.2 to correct his academic year in the Original Degree Certificate under Annexure-2 as academic year 2010-11 instead of 2011-12 and issue the said corrected Degree Certificate in his favour within a stipulated time. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.2-Director, Examination, Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Odisha, Rourkela vide Annexure-4, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in

accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
