This is an application for modification of order dated 26.07.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the submissions, the order dated 26.07.2022 is modified to the extent that if the Petitioner has more than one criminal antecedent then this order shall not be given effect to. Further release of the Petitioner shall be subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) before the court in seisin over the matter.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the
