01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " It is therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, call for the relevant records, after hearing both side grant the following reliefs:- i) To direct the opp. Party No. 3 to promote petitioner from Junior Stenographer to Senior Stenographer with an stipulated period.

ii) To direct the O.P. No. 2 to dispose the Appeal dated 11.3.2022 filed by the petitioner.

iii) To direct the O.P. No. 3 to fix the seniority of the Petitioner in Gradation list of senior stenographer. iv) To direct the Authorities to promote the petitioner as Senior Stenographer with retrospective effect from

// 2 // 2020 and reverting Sri Tapan Ku. Barik who has been illegally promoted to the post of Senior Stenographer. To pass such other order/orders and direction/directions as deemed fit and pray.

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 12.03.2022 at Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
