Heard Mr. J. Senapati, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 13.09.2017 passed in O.A. No. 2828 of 2014, by which Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, rejected the original application on the ground of limitation.

Since the petitioner approached the tribunal after long lapse of ten years from the date of cause of action and the tribunal rejected the same on the ground that the same is not maintainable being barred by limitation, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. As such, the order passed by the tribunal is hereby confirmed. 5.
