Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for an adjournment.

This RPFAM has been filed to quash NBW issued vide order dated 18th March, 2008 of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack dated 18th March, 2008 in Cr.P. Execution Case No.778 of 2005.

Endorsement of Office discloses that stamp reporting has not been made due to non-filing of certified copy of the impugned order. On perusal of order sheet, it appears that vide order dated 25th July, 2008, this Court directed the Petitioner to remove the defect within a week without fail. 6.

Since the matter is pending since 25th July, 2008 and defect has not yet been removed, I am not inclined to grant prayer for adjournment.
