01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Opp. Parties in pursuing with the prayer of the Petitioner for his appointment under the provision of Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

4. It is submitted that on the date of death of the deceased employee, the Petitioner has made necessary application before the Competent Authority on 28.05.2018. It is submitted that though in the meantime more than 5 years are passed, but no decision has been taken by O.P. No. 2.

5. Considering the request and innocuous nature of prayer made in the writ Petition, this writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the O.P. No. 2 to take a decision on the Petitioner's claim in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.28023 of 2021,

// 2 // which has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide its order dtd.20.05.2022 in Civil Appeal No.4103 of 2022. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order.
