This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 11.07.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 4th and also 4th line of paragraph-4 and paragraph-6 of the order dated 11.07.2022, it is has been inadvertently written as "Asst. Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3" instead of "Asst. Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.3". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that in 4th line of paragraph-4 and also 4th line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 11.07.2022, it be mentioned as

// 2 // "Asst. Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.3" in place of "Asst. Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3", rest part of the order shall remain intact and further eight weeks time is extended from today for consideration.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
