This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No.831 of 2021, pending in the file of Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput, arising out of Sunabeda P.S Case No.160 of 2021, for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 147/148/506/149/302/120-B/364 IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl, Sessions Judge, Koraput by order dated 22.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Koraput after examination of the witnesses Gouri Prasad Khilla and Laxmikanta Khora.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
