CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No.
ORDER
13.10.2022
1. The impugned order dated 29th March, 2017 of the learned Single Judge merely reiterates the earlier directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in favour of the Petitioner on 9th February, 2006 in W.P.(C) No.14842 of 2005.
2. If, according to learned counsel for the Appellant, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge has not yet been complied with then, there are other appropriate remedies to seek. Filing of a writ appeal is not one of them.
3. Consequently, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order. The appeal is dismissed.
