This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.117 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Semiliguda, arising out of Semiliguda P.S. Case No.58 of 2022, under Sections 395 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Koraput, by order dated 24.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
On perusal of the rejection order it is seen that the petitioner was identified in T.I. parade. Considering the same and
the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. The same stands rejected.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
