None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to Opposite Party authorities for cancellation of a partnership deed.

On the last occasion, i.e., on 13th July, 2022, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought for time to file an application for amendment of the writ petition. But today, neither learned counsel for the Petitioner appears nor any application for amendment of the writ petition is filed.

In view of the above, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
