RJ The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging Annexures-4 and 5 dated 09.08.2019 and 10.08.2019 respectively issued by the Vice-Chancellor, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology; Odisha, Burla, suspending the petitioner and initiating the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, the proceeding has been closed and the petitioner has been reinstated in service after being exonerated from the charges.

A memo dated 14.02.2022 has been filed and is on record for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
