This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner he is permitted to carry out the correction in the cause title in court in course of the day.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the information lodged by the informant and the present anticipatory bail application has been filed.
4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that till date no F.I.R. has been lodged.

Considering the facts and accepting the allegations under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is of the opinion that if any case has been registered on the information of the informant, the procedure under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. is to be followed.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable
