As it appears, the order impugned has been passed in the year 2006 and, as such, the petitioner approached the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in 2017 by filing O.A. No.260/686/2017. The Tribunal, vide order dated 07.12.2017 dismissed the said O.A. on the ground of limitation. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. 3.

In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any error in the order dated 07.12.2017 passed by the Tribunal dismissing O.A. No.260/686/2017 on the ground of limitation.

Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
