Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner has allegation of non-receipt of instrument for registration. For the clear observation of this Court in disposal of similar matter, the Registering Authority has no business in declining to entertain application for registration of the instrument except they have to consider the registrability of the instrument so placed. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Sub-Registrar, Keonjhar, Opposite Party No.3 to receive the instrument for registration to be submitted by Petitioner within ten days hereafter and pass order on the registrability or non-registrability dependent however in accordance with law by undertaking the entire exercise within a further period of one week.
