This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

The borrower and the guarantor have laid challenge to the Demand Notice dated 4th August, 2017 issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 recalling the outstanding liability to the tune of Rs.6,78,428/- due as on 31st July, 2017 of a C.C. Loan facility availed in the year 2010 from Andhra Bank, Kasturinagar Branch by the petitioner. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties states that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the loan account itself having been closed upon deposit of the required amount.
