Heard Mr. K.B. Panda, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the rejection of the bid of the Petitioner's Firm at the technical evaluation stage as has been communicated vide Annexure-1. 4.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made a representation before the Opposite Party No.2-Additional Director General (P), Bonai on 01.07.2022 under Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of this Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three

months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
