It is alleged that there is attempt of eviction by the public authority without following due process of law. Law has been settled holding that there cannot be eviction without following due process of law. In the event the petitioner is not involved and there is no determination of any eviction proceeding, there should not be eviction of the petitioner without following due process of law.
